DISIA offers one second-level postgraduate Master’s programme:
Data Science and Statistical Learning (MD2SL)
Inter-university 2nd level Master run by the University of Florence
The programme is offered in collaboration with the Florence Center for Data Science and the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, leading to the award of a joint qualification.
The second-level Master’s programme in Data Science and Statistical Learning (MD2SL) aims to train professionals with an in-depth theoretical understanding of the most advanced statistical, computer science, and computational tools. Graduates will be able to use and critically assess the potential of different methods for extracting meaningful information from the growing volume of data across a variety of application areas, particularly in economics, management, and healthcare. In doing so, they will be equipped to address significant research questions and foster innovation.
