Research projects
The Department of Statistics, Computer Science, Applications “G. Parenti” actively participates in the main research funding schemes at local, regional, national, and European levels: from European Union programmes such as Horizon Europe to national calls promoted by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR), including PRIN and initiatives related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR); from regional programmes, particularly calls issued by the Tuscany Region, to opportunities promoted by foundations, public bodies, cultural institutions, and international organisations.
Through this wide range of programmes, DISIA supports the scientific excellence, project development capacity, and collaborative dimension of its research communities, strengthening its role as a centre for critical thinking, experimentation, and innovation in project development.
